ABOUT US

The founders of Missing Hearts Foundation are executive officers of Noctress, Inc., an independent identity verification service company. Jessica Cain is part of our company’s extended family, and following her disappearance, we wanted to find some way to use our expertise to help locate missing children.  Since Noctress, Inc. is unable to provide its services directly to the public, we established the Missing Hearts Foundation. It is important to note that Noctress, Inc. receives no financial consideration for its services on behalf of Missing Hearts Foundation.

We have dedicated the Foundation and its services to Jessica, with the hope that through this registration, reporting and verification process, we will be able to help other families locate their missing children.
